Franklin County, MO  (KTRS)  A MODOT worker is dead after being struck by a motorist in Franklin County. The “St. Louis Post Dispatch” is reporting that this happened on Highway 100 at Buchheit Road at around 9:20 a.m. Thursday.  Details of the incident haven’t been released.
