Job Functions:
· Prepare daily log
· Enter copy instructions
· Reconcile daily program log
· Enter new orders and change revised sales orders from sales team
· Enter production orders through V Creative
· Setup all Barter orders from various barter and network providers
· Setup format for Playout Out One
· Schedule Playout One daily format clocks
· Monthly Billing reports
· Daily Rev Reports
· Missing Copy Reports
· Apply Payments
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
SKILLS:
· Display problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
· Capable of handling pressures and adhering to deadlines
· Effectively communicating with others
· Interact well with management, staff and clients
· Demonstrate attention to accuracy and detail
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), Some college preferred

Job Functions:
· Prospect customers to develop Marketing campaigns using KTRS assets. Radio commercial time, Long format radio programs, Digital, Sports marketing, Cause marketing and Non-Traditional advertising.
· Develop and maintain account lists and solicit new business.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top-quality service.
· Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders and arranging promotional events.
· Responsible for exceeding sales budget and collection of sold accounts.
· Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and station events.

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Part-time Accountant is a member of the Finance Team with responsibility for working with multiple departments processing and recording accounts receivable activity and maintaining accuracy of fiscal tracking documents and files. This is a Part-Time position, maximum of 30 hours per week. The Part-time Accountant will report to the CFO. Perform other finance department functions as needed
