Dr. Daniel Lange - Owner & Veterinarian - Ready for The Elmpoint Animal Advice Show on KTRS TheBig550?!Dr. Daniel Lange:
Owner and Veterinarian

Dr. Dan Lange has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 30 years. He has served the needs of pets and their owners in the greater St. Charles area along with surrounding counties. He deals in companion animal medicine (primarily dogs and cats) but also deals with exotic animals such as ferrets, guinea pigs, hedgehogs and rats..

Dr. Lange is a 1975 graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Zoology. In 1981, he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. In his spare time, he enjoys running, swimming, and bicycling. He is grateful for the wonderful pets he has met and the wonderful pet owners that allow him the honor of treating their pet at Elm Point Animal Hospital.

 

Dr. Katie O'Brien - Ready for The Elmpoint Animal Advice Show on KTRS TheBig550?!

Dr. Katie O’Brien:
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Katie O’Brien-Groom has been practicing small animal medicine since 2011. She graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 (she received her Bachelors of Science in Animal Sciences in 2008). She practiced emergency medicine during her initial 10 years out of school, and joined Elm Point Animal Hospital as a general practitioner in the fall of 2020. She is a St. Louis native, and loves being able to serve the community in which she grew up.

In her free time, Dr. O’Brien loves spending time with family (her husband and three children), as well as her dog, River (a German Shepherd, of course). She looks forward to creating a lasting bond with your furry family member, and to providing the best quality medicine possible.
