Pulaski bank purchased by First Busey Corporation

(KTRS) – A nearly century-old St. Louis bank is changing hands. Pulaski Bank, which was founded in 1922, is being purchased by First Busey Corporation out of Champaign, Illinois. Pulaski is the sixth largest commercial bank in St. Louis. The deal is expected to close in the first half of next year.
