( KTRS ) The Ferguson-Florissant school district say’s it supports new superintend, admit allegations he misspent funds at his last job.
Thursday evening the Ferguson-Florissant Board of Education met in closed session with Superintendent, Dr. Joseph Davis to review the North Carolina audit of Washington County Schools where he previously served as Superintendent.
Paul Morris says that “After reviewing the audit with an attorney and Dr Davis, the board remains steadfast in its confidence in his integrity and leadership.”
An audit of the North Carolina school district, where Davis used to work, found that he had failed to provide receipts or reasons for $94,000 in spending. Davis left North Carolina last year to become superintendent of the north county school district.
