St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)  A St. Louis area youth counselor is accused of sexual abusing a child.

Twenty-year-old William “Billy” Hogenmiller has been charged with first-degree rape for the alleged assault on a child last week.

Hogenmiller has worked at a youth-serving organization as a counselor, and an organization that provides respite care to adults and children with disabilities. This case does not involve any of these organizations, and there are no other victims who have come forward at this time, but the St. Louis County Police are asking if anyone believes they may have been victimized by William “Billy” Hogenmiller to call 636-529-8210.

Hogenmiller is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond.
