St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)   A woman is dead following a shooting in the Central West End.

Police say the victim who was in her early sixties, was gunned down near Sarah and Olive streets around 11 p.m. Monday. She died shortly after being taken to the hospital.

There’s no word of any arrests or a motive. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.

This brings the city’s murder count to at least 137 for the year.
