St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  A woman is dead following an overnight shooting in north St. Louis.

Authorities say the shooting happened around 4 a.m. Wednesday in the 5200 block of Maffitt Avenue. The woman’s name hasn’t been released. There’s no word of any arrests or a motive.

This brings the city’s unofficial murder count to at least 108 for the year.
