ST. LOUIS (KTRS) St. Louis County police continue their investigation of a car crash at Terminal Two of St. Louis Lambert International Airport that followed a police chase.
The crash left two children critically injured and two women also injured. The crash happened around 10 o-clock this morning. Police say a Normandy officer saw an SUV commit a moving violation on Interstate 70 and realized it matched the description of one taken during an armed robbery. The officer gave chase and the suspect’s vehicle collided with a car containing two women and two children at an intersection in front of Terminal Two at Lambert.
A 9-year-old is in critical and unstable condition. A 5-year-old is in critical but stable condition. The women are hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
The 16-year-old SUV driver and two 15-year-old passengers were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
