WENTZVILLE (KTRS) A woman whom Wentzville police say held up a customer at a Commerce Bank … at knifepoint in the drive-thru lane … has been arrested and charged in the incident.

St. Charles County Prosecutor has filed charges of first degree robbery and armed criminal action against 28-year-old Rachael Lay of the 8800 block of Partridge Avenue in St. Louis. Her cash-only bond is set at 15-thousand dollars. The incident occurred this past Tuesday.
