(KTRS) – A woman and her 16-year-old son are dead, police say they were stabbed to death in north St. Louis.

Fox 2 reports they were stabbed to death inside a home near the Ville neighborhood. A 22-year-old man, who could be the woman’s older son is in custody. we will have updates as more information is available.
