( KTRS ) Authorities have released the name of a young man fatally shot in the city of Kinloch.

Police say 19 yr old Jorell Cleveland of Ferguson was killed Saturday afternoon near the area of Jefferson and Courtney Avenues. The shooting is under investigation by the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons.
