(KTRS) – The third person shot during a home invasion in St. Charles County, has died.

Police say that Danny Donovan died exactly five weeks after the shooting at his father’s home. The home invasion happened August 8 when a man came into the house armed with two handguns. Daniel Donovan and the suspect started to fight. Danny joined the fight, and during the struggle, all three men were shot.

The suspect and Daniel died shortly after the shooting and Danny Donovan died Tuesday morning.
