St. Louis, MO (KTRS)   The St. Louis murder rate continues to rise.

Police say a man who was shot in north St. Louis  Sunday night has died. The victim was shot inside of a home along the 5200 block of Thrush Avenue at just after 10 p.m.  The victim’s name hasn’t been released. There’s no word of any arrests.

Earlier Sunday night, police say a man and a woman were gunned down in the 3700 block of North Grand, also in north St. Louis. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her name hasn’t been released. The man is hospitalized in serious condition.

These latest killings brings the unofficial murder rate to 173.
