(KTRS) – Two people are dead and a third is in the hospital after a shooting just about a block from Crown Candy Kitchen in north St. Louis.

Police say that the suspect or suspects knocked on the door of the apartment and when someone answered the door, the shots started. Two of the victims died at the scene and the third is in critical condition.
