St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)  Two family members of a missing Sunset Hills woman are in custody.

John McLaughlin, the estranged husband of Linda McLaughlin, was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of murder. His brother Robert McLaughlin, was also arrested.

Both men are being held without bail. Police say first-degree murder charges are expected to be filed Wednesday afternoon.

Linda McLaughlin has been missing since last June. Police have confirmed that remains were discovered that are believed to be of the missing woman. The St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office is examining those remains.

She and her husband  were scheduled to appear just days later after her disappearance in a settlement hearing involving their pending divorce.
