Florissant, MO  (KTRS)  Community efforts continue to combat the heroin epidemic in the St. Louis area.
The Florissant Police Department, along with the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse will host a Town Hall Discussion on the heroin epidemic and prescription painkiller misuse Monday night. The town hall will include presentations from those directly affected by drug abuse.

Presentations from law enforcement and treatment professionals will also be given. The town hall will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the James J Eagan Civic Center Theater.
