Ferguson, MO  (KTRS)  Today is interim Ferguson Police Chief Andre Anderson’s last day on the job.

Anderson was hired by the city back in July to help resolve issues within the embattled police department. Anderson took a leave of absence from from the Glendale, Arizona Police Department where he served as a commander. He will resume that position when he returns to Arizona.

A nationwide search is underway to find a permanent Ferguson police chief.
