(KTRS) – The FBI will pay a $5,000 reward for the information that led to the capture of a kidnapping suspect.

Investigators say that Oretega Mitchell was involved in a plot to lure a California man to Missouri and then kidnap him. Mitchell’s two alleged accomplices were arrested in November of last year.
