A teenager has been charged for two armed carjackings that took place earlier this year.
Police say 16 yr old Paree Demetrius Starks, has been charged as an adult with two counts each of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that Starks was allegedly one of four people in an armed carjacking on May 29. He was allegedly one of three people involved in another armed carjacking at the Commerce Bank ATM on Grand Boulevard on June 28.
Once identified by one of the victims, Starks admitted to both robberies.
