Manhunt Underway For Two Escaped Southeast Missouri Inmates

Caruthersville, MO  (KTRS)  The manhunt continues for two inmates who escaped from a jail in southeast Missouri. Authorities say William Carter and Joseph Latamondeer crawled through an air duct to make their escape from the Caruthersville Jail Sunday morning.
