Celebration Planned For Completion Of Leonor K. Sullivan

St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  A celebration is planned  to mark the completion of Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard. The 1.5 mile stretch of road along the riverfront has been raised two feet to prevent flooding and also includes a bike path, benches, landscaping, and a stage.
