(KTRS) – One suspect is in custody after a bi-state car chase ended in north county.

The incident began when the driver allegedly hit an Illinois Department of Conservation officer. After a chase than lasted more than 50 miles, police managed to puncture his tires and arrested the man.

Police say the man was also driving on a revoked license.
