( KTRS ) Police report that 1 suspect wanted in connection with the death of Brandi Hill is in custody.

On Tuesday morning, a 19-year old black male from Belleville, Illinois turned himself to St. Louis Metropolitan police. He has been identified as “Suspect #2” as shown in the YouTube video released of the suspects. Formal charges are pending. Police say that the suspects walked up to Brandi Hill’s car on Sunday night near Washington Ave, shot her and drove off in her car with her nine-month-old daughter in the vehicle.

The suspects took the baby out of the car and left her several blocks away.
