St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)  A north county man is facing charges following a fatal shooting outside of a Spanish Lake hair salon over the weekend.

Twenty-year-old Keith Isabell has been charged with first-degree murder  and armed criminal action in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Evan Robinson of Florissant. Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument between Isabell and Robinson outside of the Edge Up Hair Studio in the 12000 block of Bellefontaine Road Saturday afternoon.

Three others were wounded in the gunfire, but are expected to survive. Isabell is being held without a bond.
