St. Louis, MO (KTRS) A St. Louis Aldermanic committee meeting will be held this afternoon on the stadium bill.
The legislation would require a public vote before any city funds used for a new stadium. Meanwhile, the NFL owners meeting continues today in Dallas to discuss the potential relocation of one or more teams, including the Rams to Los Angeles.
Los Angeles has been without an NFL team for almost 21 years.
