ST. LOUIS (AP) – St. Louis police say a 19-year-old man has died nine months after he was shot in the head on a city street.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Antonio Perkins died Sunday night, and his death linked to the Dec. 15 shooting was reclassified as a homicide.

There was no immediate word Monday about any suspects.

Perkins’ funeral arrangements are pending.
