St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)   Three murders in St. Louis over the weekend are being investigated.

Police say the latest murder happened late Sunday night when a man was fatally shot near the intersection of Church Road and Christian Avenue in north St. Louis. The victim’s name hasn’t been released and there’s no word of any arrests.

This brings the unofficial murder count to at least twelve so far this year. This comes after a violent 2015 where the city had 188 murders.
