While some disagree, St. Louis Medical Examiner Michel Graham says that City Museum founder- Bob Cassilly’ death in 2011 was an accident.
Graham made the announcement Wednesday night after it was reported that a doctor in Massachusetts said it “appeared” that Cassilly had been beaten to death.
Al Watkins, an attorney for Cassilly’s widow, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the opinion was based on Graham’s report and photographs of the scene of what officials regard as a bulldozer accident.
Cassilly was found dead in Sept. 2011, in Cementland, in the cab of a bulldozer that, officials said, appeared to have tumbled down a hill.
