St. Louis, MO (KTRS) A St. Louis developer is moving ahead with plans for a residential housing project in an area of the $1.75 billion National Geospatial Intelligence Agency site in north St. Louis.
Paul McKee announced that he has partnered with CRG Real Estate Solutions, along with a Washington D.C.- based developer, for a 500 residential unit housing plan. Construction is expected to begin next year.
Last week the NGA announced its final decision to build its new western headquarters in north St. Louis. The new facility is scheduled to be completed in 2021.
