(KTRS) – A St. Louis County man is dead, police say he was shot to death in New Orleans over the weekend.

Thomas Rolfes was an engineer at Clayco and his family says he visiting the city to visit possible wedding venues with his fiancee. Police say he was last seen about an hour before his body was found early Saturday morning.
