St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  Voting is underway for the 78th District State Rep. race.

A special election is being held today after a judge tossed out the results from the August 2nd Democratic Primary, where incumbent Penny Hubbard beat Bruce Franks by 90 votes. Franks challenged those results, claiming election irregularities over absentee ballots.

The polls close at 7 p.m.
