St. Louis County, MO  (KTRS)  A fallen St. Louis County police officer is being honored.

During Monday night’s county council meeting, St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger signed an executive order to rename Clydesdale Park in south county to the Officer Blake C. Snyder Memorial Park. This was in response to an online petition that was started last week to rename the park.

Officer Synder was killed in the line of duty earlier this month while responding to a disturbance call in Green Park.
