( KTRS ) Union employees of Shop ‘n Save have overwhelmingly approved a new three-year contract.

The vote among members of United Food & Commercial Workers Local 655 was 170 to 72 in favor of the contract.

A similar pact was approved a Tuesday night by union workers at Dierbergs and last week by Schnucks employees.

The new agreement includes increases in wages, increases in health and welfare contributions and maintaining pension benefits for all workers
