St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  The shooting death of a 10-year-old boy at the Clinton-Peabody housing complex is being called accidental.

Police say Anthony Turner was accidentally shot by his 13-year-old brother at the family’s residence along the 1400 block of Kealty Lane  on Sunday afternoon. The child was pronounced dead at the scene.

The brother has been taken into juvenile custody. The boys’ 28-year-old mother was also taken into custody, but no charges have been filed against her so far.
