Clayton, MO  (KTRS)  Vice-President Joe Biden’s wife will be in the St. Louis area on Monday.

Dr. Jill Biden is scheduled to speak at the Women’s Democratic Forum at noon. The event is being held at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel.
