Foley, MO (KTRS) Search efforts resume today for a man believed to have drowned in the Mississippi in Lincoln County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol was called Thursday night for a water rescue of a man and woman near Foley. The woman managed to get out of the water by the time rescue crews arrived. She claims to have seen the man floating face down in the river.
Crews searched throughout the night without success. He reportedly didn’t know how to swim and wasn’t wearing a life jacket.
