The Sansone Group has announced its plan to manage and lease the former Rams training facility located in Earth City. The real estate firm is teaming up with the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sport Complex Authority to help utilize the location.

“We are excited to work with the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sport Complex Authority and to locate the user of users to maximize the potential for this unique facility” said Sansone Group Principle Jim Sansone.

The 300,000 square foot complex was vacated when the Rams moved to Los Angeles, but Sansone Group sees the vacancy as an opportunity for the St. Louis region
