(KTRS) – Early next month officials with the Riverview Gardens School District will learn if they are getting an accreditation upgrade.

Missouri’s education department will recommend that the district be classified for provisional accreditation. The district has been unaccredited since 2007, but for a second year in-a-row the annual report card showed they scored high enough for full accreditation. The state board of education meets to vote on the district’s status December 2.
