East St. Louis, IL (KTRS) A $2,000 reward is being offered after a horrific case of animal abuse in East St. Louis.
An anonymous donor has put up the money to find those responsible for shooting a 1-2-year-old Newfoundland mix multiple times and gauging out her left eye. The dog who has been named “Glamour”, was found on July 9th in a vacant lot at 31st and State Street. “Glamour” is being cared for by Stray Rescue of St. Louis and is expected to survive.
