East St. Louis, IL  (KTRS)  A reward is being offered to find the driver in a hit and run accident that claimed the life of a child in East St. Louis.

Police say 11-year-old Maurice Richards was struck by a vehicle in the 3700 block of State Street around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police report that some motorists drove around Maurice as he lying in the street. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
