St. Louis, MO (KTRS) Legal action is being taken once again in response to the relocation of the Rams to Los Angeles.
A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of three personal seat license holders against the Rams and owner Stan Kroenke. David Bohm, the lawyer for the plaintiffs, says the suit alleges that the licenses should remain valid even though the team is leaving for Los Angeles.
Bohm adds, “If you purchase these PSL’s, you can purchase season tickets for 30 years and you can transfer that right to purchase season tickets to someone else.”
The suit is also seeking class action status.
This is the second lawsuit filed in response to the Rams’ move. Four Rams fans filed suit alleging the Rams violated Missouri’s Merchandising Practices Act by making false statements in connection with the sale of tickets and goods.
