(KTRS) – Prosecutors have filed charges against a man, accusing him of threatening a Muslim family. Police say that Leonard Debello saw that the family was looking at the house next to his, that was for sale.

That is when police say he shouted at the family “You Muslim? All of you should die”. the family told police that the incident escalated until Debello went inside, got his gun, and told the man “You, your wife, and your kids have to die”.

Debello is charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon Motivated by Discrimination and he remains in jail on a $15,000 bond.
