( KTRS ) The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing man.

Police say 81 yr old Joe Morgan was last seen driving away from the KMart in 6600 block of Manchester Ave around 1:30pm Wednesday afternoon.

Morgan is driving a Red 1991 Chevrolet pick-up truck with Missouri license plates reading 2WD 683.

Police say Morgan suffers from Cancer and Dementia, and does not have his medication.
