(KTRS/Fox 2) St. Louis police are investigating the city’s 8th homicide after a weekend of violence.

Fox 2 news reports the Sunday afternoon homicide took place on the city’s north side. Around 5pm officers were called to the area near Enright and Clarendon to a report of two males victims of a shooting. Upon arrival, one of those victims was dead.

No word on the other person involved. This brings the unofficial number of homicides in the city of St. Louis to 8.
