( KTRS ) Authorities are investigating a shooting that took place on the Stan Musial Bridge.

Police report that the victims were driving from Illinois into St. Louis around 7 am Sunday morning when several suspects in a different vehicle began shooting at them. The victims were able to flee and exited their vehicle in the 1100 block of Riverview.

One victim was shot in the shoulder and taken to hospital in serious/stable condition.

No other injuries have been reported. Anyone with any information on this shooting is urged to contact police.
