( KTRS ) Police are investigating a late Monday night shooting.

Authorities say a victim of a shooting arrived at an area hospital through private means. Very few details have been released.

The victim, whose gender and identity are unknown at this time, was reportedly shot shortly before 11:30 pm in the 3600 block of Cote Brilliante.

The investigation is ongoing.
