A 70-year-old woman is lucky to be alive after her vehicle was fired-bombed while she was driving.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that the woman was driving to church around 10:45 Sunday morning when three men pulled up alongside her in a Monte Carlo, with Illinois plates, near Riverview Boulevard and Orchid Avenue. That is when the passenger in the back seat threw a Molotov cocktail into the woman’s SUV.
She was able to escape unharmed.
The St. Louis city police departments bomb and arson unit is investigating.
