CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) – A Missouri parole and a woman housemate are accused of sexually attacking a 10-year-old girl who lived nearby.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that St. Louis County prosecutors have charged 42-year Terry Roderick and 29-year-old Brittany Golden each with four counts of first-degree statutory sodomy.

Police allege that Roderick and Golden invited the girl into their Ballwin home in March of last year and sexually attacked her. Authorities say the girl reported the matter to police two days later.

State prison records show that Roderick was on parole for an assault conviction, and that he has previous convictions of drugs and weapons offenses, burglary, and leaving an accident scene.

Online court records do not show whether Roderick or Golden have an attorney.
