( KTRS ) Police in North County are investigating a fatal crash.

Officers were called around 8pm Tuesday night to the intersection of Union Blvd and Lillian Ave.

When officers arrived on the scene they found a two vehicle crash. One of the occupants had been ejected from the vehicle and rushed to hospital, but was pronounced dead. The victims identity has not been released at this time.

The investigation is now being handled by Accident Reconstruction.
